IMPORTANT: COVID-19 UPDATES

We are proud to support you in providing essential services to homeowners and businesses during this challenging time.

We continue to review guidance from the CDC as well as federal and local authorities to make decisions on our operations. Understanding that the rate of the spread of  COVID-19 continues to increase, we have made the decision to close all branches on Saturdays effective Saturday, April 4. We will continue to operate normal business hours Monday through Friday at ALL LOCATIONS. In the event of an emergency, please follow our normal emergency opening guidelines.

As a reminder, our branches are well-stocked and ready to serve you. To maximize the opportunity for social distancing, below is a summary of our order processing procedures.

  • Order placement
    • Please place all orders PRIOR to arriving at the branch.
      • Ordering is available by calling, faxing or texting (messages and/or photos) during business hours or Web Order Entry 24/7. Please remember to text the branch’s main phone number and not an individual employee. Texting service is not yet available at Tommark locations.
    • If you need to enter the branch to place an order, only one employee from each company should enter through the marked door. Please place the order from the designated area and then return to your vehicle.

  • Order pickup:
    • Will Calls
      • Our staff will call or text when orders are ready for pickup.
      • If you arrive at the branch and have not been contacted, please remain in your vehicle and call or text the branch.
      • Once pulled, orders will be brought to your vehicle. Please load and leave the flatbed on the sidewalk.
      • If you purchased large equipment, we will load it.
      • You will not be asked to sign for your order. The will-call or counter personnel will enter your name.
    • Deliveries
      • COD deliveries must be prepaid.
      • Deliveries will be curbside only. We cannot bring materials into a home or garage.
      • Drivers will unload without assistance. Please keep a safe distance away—at least six feet.
      • You will not be asked to sign for your order. The driver will enter your name.
      • For deliveries with a crane onsite, our driver will park for crane unloading and wait at a safe distance until the process is completed.
  • Returns
    • If you have product or warranty returns or exchanges, please call or text the branch upon arrival.
